Hair Orders:

All hair extension products are handmade to order as well as customized for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

Hair Appointments:

If you purchase hair and would like it the day of your appointment, you have to order hair at least 24-48 hours before your appointment.
